New Bachelor Announced

Today the next Bachelor was announced.
Drum Roll.....It's Roberto Martinez. He has signed the contract with ABC.
Yes, its thee Roberto from Ali and Roberto
Roberto is the 29 year old insurance agent who proposed to Ali Fedotowsky on the season 6 finale.
Go figure. and I thought they were so happy. Had a wedding date set and everything. But, I guess we should chalk this one up to the "curse" that hangs over all (but one) of the couples who go on the show.

Time to erase that final episode I've kept on my DVR all this time. The one where Ali so convincingly says "I love Roberto, I love him"  Do you remember? That was my favorite line. In case you don't remember, listen for yourself. It's exactly 13:33 mins in.



OK so now it's time to push the delete button on my DVR remote and see who Roberto ends up with next time. I don't hold out much hope for a lasting relationship, but I'll be right there on the sofa every Monday night watching. I just can't help myself!
