Several of the shows I watch are once again at the finale and reunion stage. However I wanted to comment on a few of them.
Confession time - First of all I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I have been watching Basketball Wives. I know, I know, so please don’t ask me why. I’ve asked myself that question over and over again (out loud even) while I’m watching. But anyway another bitch slapping season has come to a close. Last night I watched part 2 of the reunion. There is more cussing and fighting in that show than any of the others shows I've seen. The ladies are pretty classless, I mean somebody’s boobs and booty is exposed every week. And talk about cussin….oh lawd!
Last night they announced that the show will return for yet another season (Nene and the Housewives of Atlanta - take a lesson!) And…guess what? Another new show is being added. Basketball Wives of LA. If the previews are any indication…it’s more of the same. A real hot mess! My DVR is set!

Not sure what happened to shows like the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous? Well maybe some of you are too young to remember but those were the days when they portrayed celebrities as glamorous and classy, living in luxurious homes. But, no more! Those shows have been replaced with a new genre of shows like the Housewives of...the Basketball Wives of.... every friggin major city in the country.
But, I watch. Not all of them mind you, but enough. As a matter of fact I gotta run. I think the Housewives of LA premiere is on right now!
