Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs is from a commercial for a kid's breakfast cereal. A Cuckoo bird named 'Sonny' goes crazy or “cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs” cereal anytime he's near a bowl.

For those of you who remember Ozzie & Harriet you might also remember Sonny and Saturday morning cartoons.

Do they still make Cocoa Puffs? I never liked them – I don’t like chocolate -- especially in my cereal. But I do remember the commercials.
