I never really like the first few episodes of The Bachelor or The Bachelorette. I find myself wondering why I even watch the show. At these times it is painfully clear to me just how old I really am. So it was no surprise to me that last night’s episode was not one of my favorites. Don’t worry though, I always come around after a few (shows - that is).
On with the review
Melissa, Melissa, Melissa! This chick had to go! Too bad cause I know she spent 8 long years daydreaming and she spent money, and bought dresses and gowns, so it was imperative that he choose her….but he didn’t! Can you say, CRAZEE!!!
Ashley H – Got the 1st individual date with Brad. I like her
Ashley S – Brad took her on a long spooky ride down a long dark road. At the end of the road, Poof! A carnival. How clever!

Next was the joyful 15 girl group date. I think all 15 went, at least it seemed like all 15 went. Well, I know Michele went. It’s Michele’s birthday and she’s pissed. She is thirty, after all. She plays pretty aggressive. She grabs Brad and goes in for the kiss. She is thirty, after all.
Anyway, next they all go together to make a PSA for the Red Cross.
Next up, Jackie. Jackie almost doesn’t make the cut because she has only had TWO, count em (2) boyfriends in her WHOLE entire life!! That’s a red flag for Brad. Beep, Beep! This one may be toooo cautious. But in the end, he can’t resist her charm and gives her a rose.
By now Rachel & Melissa are turning into complete crybabies. Boo hoo. GO HOME!
Surprise! It’s Allie & Roberto, who looked rather stuffed into his suit, I might add. Probably becoming a bit domesticated by now. Anyway, they meet with all the ladies and give Brad their opinion about who is “there for the right reasons.”

The Losers --- Keltie (remember I said last wk she needed to go) and...(drum roll please) the Boo Hoo twins (Rachel & Melissa) YES!

I was surprised that both boo hoo girls went, I thought he might keep Rachel as she was not as coo coo for cocoa puffs as Melissa.
Michele seemed like she had a few too many when she was in the pool waving her "birthday" rose on the group date. Let the drama continue cause we LOVE it!!!
