Don’t know how many of you have been mixed up in this foreclosure mess. Or if you aren't mixed up in it maybe you have a friend or relative who is. It's so big that most of us know at least one person who has been effected.
Today I am posting about a local lady that I know. Her name is Brenda Reed.

Brenda Reed is an Oakland resident and a victim of foreclosure fraud. Brenda Reed will not go down without a fight and she has been fighting the banks to save her home for about 3 yrs.
Brenda's loan papers were signed by a bank that went out of business 21/2 yrs before her loan was made. Think about that. How is that even possible? You would think that would be enough to raise a red flag, but no.
Brenda tried to work within the system by applying for a loan modification but somehow the bank NEVER received any of her paperwork.

On May15th she attended the California Legislative Conference Committee Hearing in Sacramento, which was open to the public. The meeting started early in the morning (around 10:00am) and they made time for everyone to speak, except of course, the public (who they saved the for last -- in the very late hours of the afternoon and then instructed them to "be brief")
I don't see where this story was covered anywhere by the main stream media.
Am I surprised? No.
And you should not be either.

Here's some advice. Don’t believe the BS that's out there about the banks and the deadbeat homeowners. There is something very foul going on.
Anyway Brenda tells it much better. Please listen to her story. This story is not just an isolated incident. It has happened to millions of other people and for many, they have lost their homes.
After listening to Brenda tell her story, I had tears in my eyes
