No more Pot for Oakland? Oaksterdam Univ raided by the Feds

Monday morning Federal authorities raided Oaksterdam University, a “cannabis college” in Oakland California. It was founded in 2007 by Richard Lee and is the heart of California's legalization movement. The university teaches people how to cultivate their own marijuana plants for their personal use.

According to the Oakland Tribune:
The raid comes about two weeks after the Oakland City Council approved doubling the number of medical marijuana dispensaries, approving four new potential operators.
Shall we speculate? IMO If the government is shutting them down you know it must have something to so with $$. After all, that's pretty much the only thing that matters to our government these days! People and people's rights are of no concern. Sad but true!

Here's a story from OCWeekly
