PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Starting at Midnight tonight, Wikipedia is voluntarily "going dark" -- or rather going offline for 24 hours. The reason is to bring attention to a couple of similar acts of legislation currently being debated in congress -- SOPA and PIPA.
