Occupy SF has information that top execs and possibly board members from JPMorgan Chase Bank are dining tonight -- Friday 11/4/2011 -- at a Michelin 3 star *** restaurant -- French Laundry -- located on Washington Street in Yountville in the Napa Valley. The average meal without wine or gratuity costs $290 per person or more. How many of us have that kind of money to spend on food every month, much less for one meal per day???? Their hotels are: Auberge du Soleil & The Meadowview Resort where the rates are very expensive -- meanwhile we are losing our homes and our communities are being destroyed by these 1% at Chase and the other big banks.
I'm pleased as punch

Occupy protesters covered new, four-star ground Friday, targeting a private dinner at The French Laundry, Thomas Keller's acclaimed Napa Valley eatery, where they said officials from JPMorgan Chase were gathered.
About 30 protesters picketed on the sidewalk outside the restaurant in Yountville, yelling, singing and carrying signs, said Napa County Sheriff's Deputy Dan Fiske.
He said the demonstration lasted about an hour, until 9:30 p.m., when those involved cleared out.
Eight deputies were posted at the restaurant during the protest, Fiske said.
Rachel Trocano, who said she was with Occupy San Francisco, said the demonstration was meant to expose the global impact of Chase's financial policies.
But civil disobedience apparently wasn't on the menu. Trocano, interviewed over the phone, said protesters were following deputies' orders to stay off restaurant property. “We're trying to be as kosher as possible,” she said.
There were no injuries and no arrests. At one point someone connected with the dinner passed out cookies to grateful protesters, Fiske said.
“I thought that was pretty interesting,” he said.
He said couldn't confirm or deny that the private party inside included Chase officials.
A call to The French Laundry late Friday was not answered.
