Dude, are we in Libya? Seriously!

I'm just going to comment on a couple of things tonight.

To start with, I am saddened and disappointed by what took place in Wisconsin and Michigan today.  I can't say that I am completely surprised, but I can say that I am shocked, at how bold the government has become. In many cases they don't even try to hide their corrupt agendas anymore.

I have been saying over and over again that people need to WAKE UP and realize what is happening in this so called "free" and democratic country we live in. I talk to people everyday who don't even have a clue about what is going on. The gradual erosion of our basic human rights as citizens has been evident for some time. If we didn't get it before, we all should have gotten a real wake up call when President Obama turned out to be a completely different person than candidate Obama. Uh oh, I knew we were headed for trouble.

I've been watching the protests in Wisconsin and I am very encouraged by the turn out and the persistence of the citizens. I hope they will continue to protest and I hope even more that the protests spread to every state in the union. I heard it said today that this is now more of a "movement" than a protest. They're calling it "The People's Party"
