Lavanson said food was good. I didn't eat anything as I had 1/2 a burger at the airport
First France sighting. It never got dark the whole trip. They tried to trick us and made everyone close the blinds and go to sleep. Pretend time!
We took off 45 min late but arrived on time
Our cute taxi driver spoke NO english. I had to write down the name of the hotel and address. So much for my French!

OMG you should see this place. It is absolutely beautiful!! We are in awe of history everywhere we look. We took so many pictures today. I will probably post a link to Flicker or something no way to do an adequate pictorial. We have only been in one area. There are 20 total. We will never get to it all this time around. I saw many of the place I blogged about and ate my 1st macaroon. And so true, Dogs galore!!!

I was thinking I didn't want to go because the other pictures were all rain or clouds.
